ELEGANCE
The tulip, from which the Tulip Apartment at Grand Universe La Residenza is inspired, was originally a wild flower that grew in Central Asia and was first cultivated by the Turks, around the year 1000 AD.
Elegant and perfectly symmetrical, the tulip was the most coveted flower in Europe in the early 17th century. In fact , during the peak of the so-called “Tulip mania,” the flowers were worth more than diamonds. Today there are more than 150 species of tulips and a total of 3,000 varieties.
