At Grand Universe La Residenza, the Melisse Suite is inspired by lemon balm, a calming herb that was used since the Middle Ages to reduce stress and anxiety, promote sleep, improve appetite, and relieve discomfort from indigestion.

Lemon balm takes its name from the Greek word meaning “honey bee,” since its leaves are very attractive to small pollinating insects. It is very aromatic and its leaves are often used in cooking and tea preparation.
